Welcome! My name is Natasha Fine and I want to meet people who have a desire to feel better and look better in a way like no other! Pole Fitness is an effective & attractive workout for modern day women who are looking for a fun & effective way to get in shape!  I offer private and group instruction in all aspects of Pole Fitness & Dance in my studio. I'm so happy to have the ability and opportunity to share my 12 years experience with the Knoxville area. Private and pair sessions are customized, individually geared to each student and group sessions are done as a unit, so you can learn and progress together. All classes are scheduled on an appointment basis, so finding a time that works for everyone is easy and efficient. Pole and the Aerial Arts have been my passion for many years and sharing a passion is the purest form of honesty that I know.

 In addition to the physical benefits, Pole Fitness helps improve confidence, self-esteem, and body image. When you feel comfortable in your own skin, and your sexuality becomes part of who you are, you begin to feel sensual, revitalized, and empowered.
