Knoxville's Premier Pole and Aerial Dance Studio, Sheer Inspiration Pole Fitness has been bringing the art and sport of Pole and Aerial to the Knoxville area since 2007.
Pole Dance for Fitness is a workout for anyone who is looking for a fun & effective way to get in shape, both inside and out! Our studio offers private and group instruction in all aspects of Pole Fitness, Lyra(Aerial Hoop), Aerial Hammock, Sphere, and Fly Pole. We have weekly classes that focus on curriculum, movement/dance, conditioning, and flexibility. Our thoughtful and comprehensive curriculum is designed to allow you to move at your own unique pace, building your strength and skills organically. Spacing is limited in all classes, so to ensure your spot in class ALL classes require pre-registration through my online booking system.
In addition to the overwhelming physical benefits, the classes we offer at Sheer Inspiration help improve confidence, self-esteem, and body image. We will help you feel comfortable in your own skin and let your sexuality becomes part of who you are. Sometimes people tend to feel a little repressed but want to take control of their sexuality somehow. You will be instantly hooked by the positive emotional and physical benefits the ego-free studio environment provides; you will not only feel the transformation, but everyone around you will be able to see the new you. Pole doesn't discriminate due to age, size, or current physical condition. ANYONE can participate in our classes and we strive to be completely inclusive offering something for everyone. All of the classes on the calendar provide an amazing workout that combines cardio with muscle toning, while enhancing your flexibility, posture, and range of motion. Our techniques and the strength training greatly improve a large variety of muscles; your core, pecs, buttocks, biceps, triceps, and shoulders are just a few. Because the pole techniques are presented in an accessible, buildable, and entertaining way, you will be able to perform spectacular spins around the pole after only one session of training.
