The Carhart building, a contributing building within the NRHP-listed Southern Terminal Jackson Avenue Warehouse District was designed by Knoxville's first architectural dynasty, Baumann and Baumann, circa 1907, for the H.B. Carhart and Company. Our building features the best terra cotta work of any extant city building and is well preserved. The Romanesque Revival-style building features a red brick exterior with rusticated stone ionic pilasters, cast iron pilasters, and a decorative cornice. The interior is a 3000 square foot shotgun style design, featuring exposed brick and a stunning design that boasts the buildings history while welcoming the present - Making it the perfect space for parties, galas, receptions, showers, and so much more.

The Carhart Building at 121 W. Jackson Avenue is listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973, and the Southern Warehouse and Terminal Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Private Pole events are a perfect way for you and your friends to get together and have a fun alternative workout. Held in my beautiful downtown studio groups gather to celebrate bachelorettes, birthdays, divorces, and so much more. Private Pole events are 1 hour in length and can be Intro to Pole, Chair Dance, or Floor Flow. You can cut loose and be yourself in an environment that's relaxed and expectation free. Your group will have a blast and leave feeling rejuvenated, liberated, and accomplished. 
  • Private Pole events are a flat $350.00 rate, and that covers up to 11 people. 
  • Private Pole Events are paid for in full at booking, and are non-refundable and nontransferable.  
  • To book and hold your date, you may inquire below, or call the studio to schedule.
  • No alcohol is permitted on the premises of my studio for Pole parties, and no one may participate in any of my class offerings if they have consumed alcohol prior to participation. If I determine alcohol has been consumed, you will forfeit all pre-paid funds, and be asked to leave the premises.
  • No one may participate that is pregnant.
