Natasha Fine is the owner and founder of Knoxville Tennessee’s premier Pole and Aerial Fitness studio. She is a Pole Dance for Fitness pioneer since 1999, her signature style of movement is rooted in Natasha's background as a stripper, which not only led to her witnessing, but participating in the evolution of the art and sport of the Pole and Aerial Industry. Natasha has developed an in depth curriculum that encompasses all aspects and levels of Pole, her signature Stripper Style of movement, private parties, competition training, choreography, Lyra(Aerial Hoop), chair and lap dance. Her multi-level syllabus is taught daily in her Knoxville studio to a proudly diverse student body. Natasha's comprehensive Pole, Aerial, and Movement Training Program is perfect for studio owners, instructors or students looking to enhance, offer, or build a thorough course of study designed for clarity, retention, safety, success, and accessible for all body types. I offer a wide range of disciplines and courses you can choose from to customize your training. Her curriculum is 20 years in the making, and remains ever improving and evolving. Natasha has been an Ambassador and experienced competition judge for Pole Sport Organization since 2013, with a distinctively brilliant competition team. She successfully directs and produces Pole and Aerial Performance Shows quarterly in her beautiful downtown studio.

2 Day Training at Sheer Inspiration Pole Fitness
Day 1:
Intro to Pole/Pole 1, Pole 1/Pole 2, Pole 3/Pole 4, Intro to Heels, Dance your Climb Class, Inversion Class, Stripper Style, Competition Training, Choreography, Private Parties, Lyra(Aerial Hoop), Lap Dance, and Chair Dance. Elements of Curriculum: Spin, Static, Combinations, Spotting, Body Modification Techniques, Conditioning Techniques for Climbing and Inverting, Warm-ups, Cool-downs, and Rig Safety. 10 hours total training: $600 |
3 Day Training at Sheer Inspiration Pole Fitness
Day 1:
